Atletico Madrid - Football Tickets

The capital club Atlético Madrid was formed in 1903 and plays its home matches at the state-of-the-art arena Wanda Metropolitano, with room for about 68,000 supporters. The club colors are red and white striped shirts with blue shorts and they are named after nicknames such as Los Colchoneros, Los Rojiblancos, Indios. The club is not quite as successful as the arch-rival from the city, Real Madrid, but can still show at least 10 league titles and a couple of European Cup titles.

Over the years, many great players have contributed to the club's success, but one of the greatest is the Argentine Diego Simeone. Active as a player in the club between 1994–1997 but has perhaps made the biggest impression since he returned as coach before the 2012–2013 season. He then began to build a strong and successful team that later on won Copa del Rey 2013, La Liga 2014 and Europa League 2018.
