TERMS & CONDITONS TRAVEL PACKAGES
INTRODUCTION
The travel packages offered by G&O Sport Travel AB & G&O Sport Travel Ltd (further on named as GO Sport Travel) normally includes air transport, overnight stays and event admission. There are, however, exceptions where the number of overnight stays can vary. This is described in the text for each event.
When GO Sport Travel commit to ONLY supply the purchaser (client) with Admission or Hospitality Ticket, GO Sport Travel cannot be held responsible for the parts of the trip that the purchaser (client) organize himself through suppliers other than GO Sport Travel. Read more under “TERMS AND CONDITIONS - PURCHASE OF ADMISSION & HOSPITALITY TICKETS”
1. FLIGHT RESERVATIONS within a travel package
1.1 Each air carrier has its own rules and conditions for delays, canceled flights, baggage handling, baggage weights and passengers. Contact the air carrier or GO Sport Travel in the event of any delays, canceled flights, baggage handling, baggage weights and rules for passengers. The air carrier has no responsibility for other parts of the package. Airline tickets can only be used on the dates and times stated on the airline ticket. Departure times and flight numbers are subject to change. Contact the air carrier or GO Sport Travel for information.
1.2 Changes in flight bookings, such as name changes or changed flight times, follow each carrier's rules and conditions. Contact GO Sport Travel for these changes. If the desired changes are feasible, GO Sport Travel will impose the cost on the purchaser (client).
1.3 GO Sport Travel is not responsible for any connecting transport that the purchaser (client) has booked separately in addition to the package tour. If connecting transport is booked so that the purchaser (client) cannot be on time for the departure time in the package trip, GO Sport Travel shall not be held responsible for this.
1.4 GO Sport Travel is not held responsible and cannot be charged for working hours lost to the purchaser (client) in the event of delays.
2. HOTEL RESERVATIONS within a travel package
2.1 GO Sport Travel follows the hotel's terms and conditions that apply to each specific booking. GO Sport Travel is not responsible for any damages caused by the purchaser (client), the hotel's extra services or anything else caused or used by the purchaser (client) during the package tour. Any costs that are subsequently imposed on GO Sport Travel by the hotel supplier and that have been caused or used by the purchaser (client) are imposed on the purchaser (client).
2.2 GO Sport Travel has the right at any time before departure to change the purchaser (client)'s hotel booking to an equivalent or better hotel standard in the event of any overbookings of the hotels without being held liable to the purchaser (client).
3. ADMISSION & HOSPITALITY TICKET RESERVATION within a travel package (for events such as sports, concert, musical or theater)
3.1 Reservations for even numbers of attendees GO Sport Travel guarantees that no one are seated alone, (for example an order of 4 will be seated 2 + 2 or 3+1 in rows behind/in front), within the guaranteed sections/categories confirmed at the time of booking.
Reservations for odd numbers of attendees GO Sport Travel are authorized to arrange the seating like for example 2+2+1. However, GO Sport Travel will arrange the seating by its best endeavor to make arrange the seating as good as possible for each reservation.
For events arranged by FC Barcelona the club´s conditions of seating a pair (2 seats) are implemented by GO Sport Travel, and a pair (2) can be seated 1+1 diagonal in rows behind/in front.
3.1.1 At football matches at Stamford Bridge, Emirates Stadium, Wembley Stadium Old Trafford, Craven Cottage & Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, GO Sport Travel are authorized to arrange seating break downs an even number of attendees in rows above each other (for example row E chair 202 and row F chair 202).
3.2 GO Sport Travel has at any time the right to upgrade the purchaser (client)'s Admission & Hospitality Tickets into a better section/category according to the seat maps provided in product information, without being liable of compensation to the purchaser (client).
3.3 GO Sport Travel's changes / cancellation before departure
3.3.1 If GO Sport Travel has to cancel the trip or if it cannot be carried out as agreed, the purchaser (client) must be informed as soon as possible.
3.3.2 However, this does not apply to changes or deviations, which can be considered to be of minor importance to the purchaser (client).
3.3.3 If the change means that the economic value of the trip is reduced, the purchaser (client) is entitled to a reduction in the price.
3.3.4 If significant changes are made to the agreement, or if the travel package canceled without the purchaser (client) being liable for this, he / she can:
Terminate the agreement and get back the full amount he / she paid under the agreement, or
• participate in another package tour, if GO Sport Travel can offer this.
3.3.5 The purchaser (client) must, within a reasonable time after receiving notification of a change or that the trip has been canceled, notify GO Sport Travel of his choice.
3.3.6 If the replacement offer has a smaller value than the original package trip, GO Sport Travel must repay the price difference to the purchaser (client).
3.4 GO Sport Travel's changes after departure
3.4.1 Due to circumstances occur after departure, GO Sport Travel may not be able to provide parts of the agreed services. In such cases, GO Sport Travel shall offer alternative arrangement/s.
3.4.2 For some travel package, due to their special nature, it can be difficult to predict circumstances. Changes caused by natural conditions, road diversions, political events, etc. may mean that GO Sport Travel is forced to make changes to the itinerary. In such cases, GO Sport Travel shall, if possible, offer the purchaser (client) alternative arrangements. If the change causes a deterioration for the purchaser (client), he may be entitled to damages and / or price reductions.
3.4.3 If changes in the agreed services according to 3.4.1 or 3.4.2 are due to circumstances beyond GO Sport Travel's control, which GO Sport Travel could not reasonably be expected to have taken into account when the reservation were confirmed and the consequences of which GO Sport Travel could not reasonably have avoided or overcome, the purchaser (client) is not entitled to any compensation. If changes are due to a subcontractor hired by GO Sport Travel, GO Sport Travel is free from liability for damages only if it is due to a circumstance beyond the subcontractor's control.
3.5 The purchaser (client) is obliged to check the exact match / event start (kick off, set time for performance, starting point for race or drop-off) before departure.
3.5.1 Incorrect Admission & Hospitality Tickets in relation to what is confirmed at the time of booking must be pointed out immediately before the start of the match / event by contacting GO Sport Travel's emergency number printed in the travel documents. GO Sport Travel are entitled to have the opportunity to correct any errors without claim of compensation. If GO Sport Travel cannot correct a possible error, the purchaser (client) must in writing, and with a copy, or the hard copy, of Admission & Hospitality Tickets, point out the error to GO Sport Travel no later than 14 days after the travel package has ended.
3.6 Delivery takes place no later than 11.00 on the day of the event by e-mail, mobile app, collection at venue or to the purchaser (client)'s hotel unless otherwise. If delivery has not taken place by 11.00, the purchaser (client) must contact GO Sport Travel's emergency number which can be found in the travel documents. If delivery have not been done no later than 16.00 at the day of the event, GO Sport Travel shall reimburse the purchaser (client) with a fixed amount of SEK 250 each Admission & Hospitality Ticket.
If delivery fails before the start of the match / event (kick off, scheduled time for performance, starting point for race or drop-off), GO Sport Travel shall compensate the purchaser (client) to 100% of the cost of the travel package.
3.7 GO Sport Travel is not responsible for the purchaser (client)'s behavior and attire before, during and after the match / event and cannot be held liable for any part of the package travel by the purchaser (client) if he is rejected from the match / event by the match / event organizer.
3.8 Face Value (the price printed on the event ticket) is not reflecting cost of the agreements held by GO Sport Travel with clubs and venues.
4. ORDER
4.1 Orders of travel packages are placed via e-mail, web form at www.gosporttravel.com or by telephone by the purchaser (client). Orders by telephone can be recorded without the purchaser (client) being notified. At the time the order has been made and confirmed by GO Sport Travel, the agreement is binding on both parties.
4.2 The purchaser (client) who place the order and reservation with GO Sport Travel are responsible for the group members within the order (participants/attendees). The Purchaser (client) will be named as group leader in communication and undertakes the responsibility to inform all participants of the terms and conditions connected to the reservation, and as well for all correspondence connected with the reservation.
4.3 Swedish Act of law for distance contracts and contracts outside business premises (2005:59), also called the Distance Contracts Act, does not apply with reference to chapter 2. § 11 (cultural event, sporting event or similar service).
4.4 GO Sport Travel has the right to check credit status on the customer and also has the right to take action accordingly.
4.5 Verbal agreements when ordering must be in writing on the invoice / confirmation in order to be invoked.
5. PAYMENT
5.1 Payment is to be done either by credit card (secure link), online payment or by bank transfer. Handling & service fees will be added.
6. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
6.1 GO Sport Travel sends the travel documents by e-mail, mobile apps and/or post to the purchaser (client) 0-7 days before departure. In the event that Admission & Hospitality Tickets are delivered as e-tickets or mobile app, or that GO Sport Travel awaits deliveries of Admission & Hospitality Tickets from the organizer or agency, delivery will be 0-3 days before the event.
6.2 The purchaser (client) is responsible for checking that the travel documents comply with the order of the package tour and for immediately reporting any errors to GO Sport Travel.
6.3 The purchaser (client) is responsible for immediately notifying GO Sport Travel of any changes in the purchaser (client)'s contact information.
6.4 The purchaser (client) is responsible for contacting GO Sport Travel if complete travel documents have not been received 24 hours before departure.
7. PASSPORTS, VISAS, PERMITS OF ENTRY, VACCINATION, RESTRICTIONS
7.1 Every participant/attendee of the group are required to bring a valid passport during the travel.
7.2 It is the purchaser (client)'s responsibility to find out if a visa is required for entry, and to make the visa application. If a purchaser (client) ordered a travel package from GO Sport Travel and thereafter a visa is denied, GO Sport Travel cannot be held liable.
7.3 It is the purchaser (client)'s responsibility to find out whether an entry permit is required for entry, and to make an application for entry. If a purchaser (client) ordered a travel package from GO Sport Travel and thereafter is denied entry, GO Sport Travel cannot be held liable.
7.4 It is the purchaser (client)'s responsibility to contact the vaccination center for correct recommendation/information connected with the destionation.
7.5 It is the purchaser (client)'s responsibility to take note of the applicable restrictions on departure and entry to the destination.
8. CANCELLATION
8.1 Booked airline tickets within a travel package are never refundable regardless of when and the reason of the cancellation takes place.
8.2 Ordered Admission & Hospitality Tickets in a travel package are never refundable regardless of the reason of cancellation.
Travel package canceled up to 15 days before date of departure, 50% the hotel cost will be refunded. Travel package canceled 14 days and up to 24 hours before departure, 25% of the hotel cost will be refunded. In case of cancellation of travel package closer in time than 24 hours before departure there are no refund of the hotel cost.
8.4 Cancellations of orders made during a known pandemic announced by the WHO or epidemic will be refunded with 0% of the total amount of the reservation/order.
9. COMPLAINT
9.1 In the event of an error in the agreed services, the purchaser (client) shall immediately, after he / she has noticed or should have noticed the fault, raise a complain to GO Sport Travel, or to its representative or to the subcontractor, to whom the fault relates, in order to give GO Sport Travel the opportunity to remedy error. Complaints must, if possible, be made at the destination at the time of the situation.
Incorrect Admission & Hospitality Tickets in relation to what is confirmed at the time of the reservation is confirmed must be pointed out immediately before the start of the match / event by calling GO Sport Travel's emergency number contained in the travel documents, so that GO Sport Travel has an opportunity to correct any errors.
9.1.2. If possible, the purchaser (client) must ensure that the complaint is documented in writing by GO Sport Travel or its representative or subcontractor on site.
9.1.3. The purchaser (client) may not invoke errors, if the complaint has not been made in accordance with what is stated above.
9.1.4. Claims for damages or price reductions must be submitted to GO Sport Travel as soon as possible after the end of the trip.
9.1.5. If a claim is made due to an error in the agreed services later than two months from the time when the purchaser (client) noticed or should have noticed the error, the purchaser (client) is considered to have lost the right to invoke the error.
10. PRINTING AND WRITING ERRORS
10.1 GO Sport Travel reserves the right to print and write errors in quotes, confirmations, invoices, travel documents, on websites owned/leased by GO Sport Travel, in catalogs, advertisements, and in all other marketing material.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
11.1 Both GO Sport Travel and the purchaser (client) have the right to withdraw from the agreement if, after the agreement has become binding on the parties, on or near the destination or along the planned route, a natural disaster, act of war, general strike or other intrusive event occurs that significantly affects the trip implementation or the conditions at the destination at the time when the trip is to be completed.
In a force majeure situation, potential regulation of costs are to be considered with a reasonable perspective based on each individual situation.
11.2 The assessment of whether an event is to be regarded as constituting such an event as specified in point 11.1 shall be made with regard to official statements from Swedish and international authorities. A recommendation by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs to not travel to the destination in question shall be regarded as such an event.

PURCHASE OF ADMISSION & HOSPITALITY TICKETS

1.3 In the event of changes to the match / event date and / or time, the Admission & Hospitality Tickets is valid regardless of when the new date is or when the new time is set. GO Sport Travel is not responsible for the customer's transports, accommodation or other activities that he has booked through other channels.
1.3.1 The purchaser (client) is obliged to check the exact match / event start (kick off, set time for performance, start point for race or drop-off) before departure.
1.3.2 The purchaser (client) is obliged to ensure that the hotel reservation at the venue is booked under the same name as stated when ordering ticket brokerage at GO Sport Travel.
1.4 Incorrect Admission & Hospitality Tickets compared to what is confirmed at the time of booking must be pointed out immediately before the start of the match / event with a call to GO Sport Travel's emergency number contained in the travel documents, so that GO Sport Travel has an opportunity to correct any errors. If GO Sport Travel cannot correct a possible error, the purchaser (client) must in writing, and with a copy or original match / event ticket, point out the error to GO Sport Travel no later than 14 days after returning home.
1.6 Delivery takes place no later than 11.00 on the day of the event by e-mail, mobile app, collection at venue or to the purchaser (client)'s hotel unless otherwise. If delivery has not taken place by 11.00, the purchaser (client) must contact GO Sport Travel's emergency number which can be found in the travel documents. 1.7 GO Sport Travel is not responsible for matches / events that are interrupted due to hooliganism, war, strike, natural disaster, weather, pandemic announced by the WHO or any other circumstance before or during the event and cannot be held liable for the cost of mediation. GO Sport Travel is not responsible for the customer's transports, accommodation or other activities that he has booked through other channels.
1.8 GO Sport Travel is not responsible for the purchaser (client)'s behavior and attire before, during and after the match / event and cannot be held liable for any part of the agency if he is rejected from the match / event by the match / event organizer.
1.9 Face Value (the price printed on the event ticket) is not reflecting cost of the agreements held by GO Sport Travel with clubs and venues.
1.10 Event tickets can be delivered as e-tickets, mobile tickets or paper tickets.
1.10.1 Admission & Hospitality Tickets are only valid for the specific event stated on the ticket, at any date the event are announced for.
1.10.2 Resale of event tickets is not permitted by the purchaser and/or its travel company. In cases where this has happened, the event ticket will be blocked for use, and no refund will be authorized..
GO Sport Travel cooperates fully with relevant authorities and organizations to prevent unauthorized resale, whereby full transparency of data will be conveyed.
2. ORDER
2.1 Orders are placed via e-mail, web form at www.gosporttravel.com or by telephone by the purchaser (client). Orders by telephone can be recorded without the purchaser (client) being notified. At the time the order has been made and confirmed by GO Sport Travel, the agreement is binding on both parties.
2.2 The purchaser (client) who place the order are responsible for the group members within the order (participants). In the event that Admission & Hospitality Tickets are delivered as e-tickets or mobile app, or that GO Sport Travel awaits deliveries of Admission & Hospitality Tickets from the organizer or agency, delivery will be 0-3 days before the event.
4.2 The purchaser (client) is responsible for checking that the documents correspond to the order of the agency and to immediately report any errors to GO Sport Travel.
4.3 The purchaser (client) is responsible for immediately notifying GO Sport Travel of any changes in the purchaser (client)'s contact information.
4.4 The purchaser (client) is responsible for contacting GO Sport Travel if complete documents have not been received 24 hours before the start of the event.
5. CANCELLATION
5.1 Confirmed Admission & Hospitality Tickets is under no circumstances refundable.
5.2 In some cases, Admission & Hospitality Tickets are not personal and transfer might be possible if authorized by GO Sport Travel. Contact GO Sport Travel for further information if the need arises.
5.3 Cancellations of orders made during a known pandemic announced by the WHO or epidemic will be refunded with 0% of the total amount of the booking.
5.4 Orders placed before a known pandemic announced by the WHO or epidemic and whose events are affected by a new event date, canceled events or that events are held with a limited number of visitors or even with closed stands are compensated with a value check to 50% of the booking value and with 24 months validity.
6. PRINTING AND WRITING ERRORS
6.1 GO Sport Travel reserves the right to print and write errors in quotes, confirmations, invoices, travel documents, on websites owned/leased by GO Sport Travel, in catalogs, advertisements, and in all other marketing material.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
7.1 GO Sport Travel is not held responsible for any part of the mediation in case of force majeure, such as natural disasters, volcanic eruptions, political instability, strikes, weather conditions, pandemics and other events that GO Sport Travel could not have foreseen at the time of entering into the agreement.
