Cardiff City FC is a professional football club in the city of Cardiff in Wales. The club was founded in 1899. The blue and white team plays their home games at Cardiff City Stadium. The arena, built in 2009, has room for about 33,000 spectators. Cardiff can boast of being the only Welsh club to have won the FA Cup (1927).
