"Livi" or "The Lions" is the nickname of the football club Livingston F.C. The team, which comes from the city of Livingston, is located a couple of kilometers west of the capital Edinburgh in Scotland. The club was founded in 1943 but was then called Ferranti Thistle. In 1974 the club changed its name to Meadowbank Thistle before changing its name again in 1995 and moving from Edinburgh to Livingston.
