The football club Olympiakos FC comes from the port city of Piraeus in southern Greece. The team, which was founded in 1925, plays its home matches at the Karaiskasis Stadium arena and has a capacity of just over 33,000 spectators. The home place consists of the colors red and white, which is also worn by the club emblem. Locally, Olympiakos is called "Thrylos" or "Erythrolefki".
