Panathinaikos FC, founded in 1908 in Athens, is one of Greece's most prominent and successful football clubs. The team plays its home games at the Apostolos Nikolaidis Stadium, also known as "Leoforos", but has also used the Olympic Stadium in Athens for larger matches. The club has a rich history and has won several domestic titles, including over 20 Greek League titles and numerous Greek Cup titles.
