FK Zorya Luhansk is a football club from the city of Luhansk in eastern Ukraine and it was formed in 1923. They usually play their matches with white jerseys and white shorts while their club emblems also contain the colors red and black. A well-known nickname that is usually used for the club is Muzhyky (The Men).
The club has not had any major domestic successes since the creation of the country Ukraine after the dissolution of the Soviet Union, however, they won before that both the Soviet Top League in 1972 and made it to the finals of the Soviet Cup in 1974 and 1975.
