As everywhere, there are good and bad restaurants even in Rome. To avoid being disappointed and experience the good Italian food, it is best to avoid eating on the major tourist streets such as Piazza Navona. The restaurants around Stazione Termini are apparently also generally of lower quality.
There are two international airports. Fiumicino is located 35 kilometers from the city center and is the largest airport. The smaller Ciampino is 15 kilometers from the city and low cost flights go here.
